Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Mix spinach, pasta, mushrooms, garlic salt, and 2 tsp olive oil in bottom of provided tray. Top with dollops of cream cheese and ¼ cup water. Spread into a single layer on one side of tray.

    Prepare The Meatballs

    Combine ground turkey, panko, ricotta ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. If using ground beef or ground pork, follow same instructions. Divide turkey mixture into six evenly-sized meatballs, about the size of golf balls. Place meatballs on empty side of tray.

    Bake The Meal

    Roast in hot oven until meatballs have reached a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 24-28 minutes. If using ground beef or ground pork, roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs have reached a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 24-28 minutes. Transfer meatballs to a plate. Drizzle truffle oil on pasta mixture and stir to combine. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping dish with shaved Parmesan. Bon appétit!
