If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Cook, skin-side up first, in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Start Green Beans and Prepare Green Onions
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place green beans in provided tray. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes. While green beans bake, trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
2 Add Pork Medallions and Bake Meal
Pat pork medallions dry. Season all over with garlic pepper and a pinch of salt.
Place pork in empty side of tray and evenly top with white portions of green onions.Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 14-16 minutes. Pork medallion thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner medallion, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.Stir softened butter, soy sauce, honey, and half the cashews (reserve remaining for garnish) into green beans until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Rice, Make Sauce, and Finish Meal
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice and garlic salt.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork. Place teriyaki glaze in another microwave-safe bowl.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 15-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. To serve, top pork with sauce and green portions of green onions. Garnish green beans with remaining cashews. Bon appétit!
