Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken and pat dry.

    Combine pepper and onion mix, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt in provided tray.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until tender, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir vegetables, then top with chicken, seasoning blend, and 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until chicken is warmed through, 3-4 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Open flatbread package on one side. Microwave in packaging until warmed through, 30-90 seconds.

    In a mixing bowl, combine tzatziki dip and 1 Tbsp. water until smooth.

    To serve, fill flatbreads with chicken and vegetables and garnish with tzatziki mixture and crispy onions. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken and pat dry.

    Combine pepper and onion mix, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt in provided tray.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until tender, 10-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir vegetables, then top with chicken, seasoning blend, and 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Place tray again on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken is warmed through, 10-12 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Wrap flatbreads in foil and place in hot oven until warmed through, 1-2 minutes.

    In a mixing bowl, combine tzatziki dip and 1 Tbsp. water until smooth.

    To serve, fill flatbreads with chicken and vegetables and garnish with tzatziki mixture and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
