Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry Remove ground beef from packaging and pat dry Trim ends off green beans and cut into 1" pieces.

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes. Add green beans to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender, 8-10 minutes. If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add 2 packets of soy sauce

    Add noodles

    Add noodles to the pan, and toss to combine, stir to heat noodles through 3-5 min. Turn heat down to medium low and add coconut curry sauce, and gently stir to combine and coat noodles Add 2 TB of water if sauce is too thick.
