Recipe Steps

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. Reserve lid. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Mix vegetable medley, edamame, 1 tsp. olive oil, Asian garlic and ginger seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper in bottom of provided tray. Spread into a single layer on one side of tray. On empty side of tray, add curry sauce and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir to combine.

    Prepare The Meatballs

    Combine ground pork, panko, and a pinch of salt and pepper on tray lid. If using ground beef or ground turkey, follow same instructions. Divide pork mixture into six evenly-sized meatballs, about the size of golf balls. Place meatballs on top of sauce.

    Bake The Meal

    Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatballs have reached a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 28-30 minutes. If using ground beef or ground turkey, roast in hot oven until meatballs have reached a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 24-28 minutes. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping vegetables with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
