Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare The Ingredients
Cut mushrooms into ¼" slices. Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.

2 Cook The Ground Beef
"Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, 1 tsp olive oil, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally, breaking up meat, until no pink remains, 4-6 minutes.

3 Make The Mixture
Add mushrooms, green onion bottoms, peas and 1 tsp olive oil to the pan with ground beef. Cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in cream cheese, tomato paste, and ¼ cup water. Bring to a simmer.

4 Add The Gnocchi
Add gnocchi, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to the pan and cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through. If too dry, add water 1 Tbsp. at a time until desired consistency is reached.

5 Finish The Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping dish with parmesan cheese snd green onion tops. Bon appétit!
