Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine pepper and onion mix, seasoning blend, rice, tomato sauce, 1 tsp olive oil and base in provided tray and push to one side.
Add Pork and Seasoning
Break up pork into bite sized pieces and spread evenly on top of rice mixture. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Finish The Dish
Bake in a hot oven until peppers are tender and pork has reached a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir in butter.Top with crispy jalapenos. Bon appétit!
