Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine rice, salsa, diced pepper mix, seasoning blend, pulled pork, 1/2 cup water, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. -
Bake the Meal
Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until pork is heated through, 20-25 minutes.
