Cook Potatoes and Carrots
In a large nonstick pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Toss potatoes and carrots with cajun seasoning. Add to hot pan and cook until browned on all sides, 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a prepared baking sheet and roast in a 400 oven until tender, 12-14 minutes.
In the same pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Sprinkle ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper on the steaks. Saute until browned on both sides, 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to same baking sheet as potatoes and carrots and roast until done.
In the same pan over medium high heat, add 2 pats of butter and pineapples. Saute for 1 minute. Add bbq sauce and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
