  1. 1

    Par-Bake the Flatbreads

Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet, flat-side down, and spray with cooking spray.

Bake in hot oven until lightly browned, 6-8 minutes.

    While flatbreads par-bake, continue recipe.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Drain pineapples and coarsely chop.

Trim and thinly slice green onions.

Halve and peel shallot. Cut halves into 1/4" dice.

Line a plate with paper towels. Place half the tofu on towel-lined plate (remaining is yours to use as you please!). Top with paper towels, pressing firmly to remove excess moisture. Using your hands, crumble tofu into pea-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Cook the Tofu

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add shallots, tofu, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper to hot pan. Cook undisturbed until starting to brown, 2-3 minutes.

Stir occasionally until tofu is golden-brown all over, 6-8 minutes.

Remove from burner. Stir in half the BBQ sauce (reserve remaining for garnish) until combined.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Flatbreads

After 6-8 minutes, carefully remove flatbreads from oven. Flip flatbreads flat-side up. Top evenly with cheese, tofu, then pineapples. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.

  5. 5

    Bake Flatbreads and Finish Dish

Bake in hot oven until cheese is melted and edges are brown and crispy, 7-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with remaining BBQ sauce, green onions, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
