Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

    Roast the Potato Wedges

    Cut potatoes into 1/4" wedges and pat dry.

    Place wedges on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into a single layer.

    Roast in hot oven until wedges are golden-brown and tender, 30-35 minutes, flipping once half way through.

    Carefully remove from oven and stir in buttermilk-dill seasoning until coated. Sheet and wedges will be hot! Use a utensil

    While wedges roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Trim and peel cucumber. Halve lengthwise, then cut into 1/4” dice.

    Halve tomatoes. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.

    Stem oregano and coarsely chop.

    Trim and thinly slice green onions.

    Prepare the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry and season all over with garlic salt and lemon n herb seasoning.

    Cook the Chicken

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Add chicken to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.

    Stir in 1 Tbsp. salted butter and 2 tsp. oregano (to taste) until combined, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    While chicken cooks, continue recipe.

    Assemble Cucumber Salad and Finish Dish

    In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, green onions, cucumbers, dressing, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping cucumber salad with cheese. Serve tzatziki on the side for dipping. Bon appétit!
