If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make Sriracha Mayonnaise
Trim cucumber, halve lengthwise, then cut into 1/4” half-moons.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha (to taste). Set aside.Pat steak strips dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces. -
2 Cook the Steak Strips
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add steak strips and garlic pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes. -
3 Add the Sauce
Add yuzu dipping sauce to hot pan. Stir often until steak strips are coated, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner and rest, 3 minutes.While steak strips cook, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Rice, Assemble Cucumber Salad, and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave and stir in a pinch of salt. Rest, 2 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork.While rice microwaves, in another mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, white portions of green onions, 1/4 tsp. salt, and sesame dressing.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping rice with steak strips and cucumber salad. Garnish with Sriracha mayonnaise (to taste), sesame seeds, and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
