Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine vegetable medley, garlic sesame sauce, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side. -
2 Make the Meatballs
Combine ground beef, panko, Sriracha (use less if spice-averse), and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into six equally-sized meatballs.
Place meatballs in empty side of tray.If using ground turkey or ground pork, follow same instructions. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
If using ground pork, follow same instructions. If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Garnish meatballs with hoisin sauce and peanuts. Bon appétit!
