Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Start the Green Beans
Trim ends off green beans.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans to hot pan and cook undisturbed, 1 minute.
Add ¼ cup water, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover, and stir occasionally until beginning to get tender, 6-8 minutes.
Make the Sauce
Stir 2 tsp. olive oil and flour into hot pan until mixture forms a doughy consistency.
Stir in 1¼ cups water, chicken base, seasoning blend, cream sauce, caramelized onion jam, ½ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper until combined. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, cook until creamy and smooth, 2-4 minutes.
Remove from burner.
Bake Green Beans and Finish Dish
Transfer green bean mixture into prepared casserole dish.
Bake in hot oven until green beans are fork-tender, 10-12 minutes.
Let baked green beans cool, 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, stir to combine.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
