1 Start the Cauliflower
Break cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
In provided tray, combine cauliflower, 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and a pinch of salt. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While cauliflower bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add Chicken and Bake Meal
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove from oven and push cauliflower to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken in empty side and evenly top with 1/2 tsp. olive oil.Bake uncovered in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. -
3 Add Cheese and Finish Meal
Carefully remove from oven. Transfer chicken to a plate.
Drain any excess liquid from tray and stir in a pinch of salt until combined. Spread cauliflower into an even layer, then top with cheese and bacon.Bake again in hot oven until cheese is melted and bacon is crisp, 4-6 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top chicken with dressing. Garnish cauliflower with sour cream and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
