Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.

    Mix broccoli and red onion with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and seasoned salt in bottom of provided tray.

    Add Salmon and Topping

    Place salmon skin-side down on vegetables and season with 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Spread half the honey mustard (reserve remaining for topping) evenly over salmon, and top with pretzel breading, pressing gently to adhere.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven and serve with remaining mustard. Bon appétit!
