1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In one section of provided tray, combine broccoli, 2 tsp. water, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for mashed potatoes), and garlic pepper. Cover tray with a damp paper towel and microwave until beginning to soften, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. In empty section, combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, and remaining garlic salt. Top with cheese. Drain steak and pat dry. Place steak on broccoli. Cover again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted, 30-45 seconds.Remove from microwave and stir in horseradish (to taste) and a pinch of salt and pepper.To serve, slice steak, if desired. Spread horseradish butter on steak and garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

Bake uncovered in hot oven until beginning to soften, 7-9 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. In empty section, combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, and remaining garlic salt. Top with cheese. Drain steak and pat dry. Place steak on broccoli. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake again covered in hot oven until heated through, 14-16 minutes.While meal bakes, place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted, 30-45 seconds.Remove from microwave and stir in horseradish (to taste) and a pinch of salt and pepper. Carefully remove from oven.To serve, slice steak, if desired. Spread horseradish butter on steak and garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
