  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.

In a mixing bowl, combine marinara and Italian seasoning.

Divide half the spinach (reserve remaining for second layer) evenly between both provided trays.

Top spinach with pasta then marinara mixture, dividing evenly between both trays.

Dollop ricotta evenly over marinara, dividing evenly between both trays.

Evenly top both trays with remaining spinach.

  2. 2

    Add the Italian Sausage

Remove Italian sausage from casing, if necessary.

Break Italian sausage into smaller pieces and place over pasta mixture, diving evenly between both trays.

Top Italian sausage with Asiago, mozzarella, and Parmesan, dividing evenly between both trays.

  3. 3

    Bake the Meal

Spray two pieces of foil with cooking spray.

Cover both trays with prepared foil, sprayed-side down. Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven. Remove foil.

Bake again uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted and Italian sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
