Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prep

2 Make Slaw
In a bowl, combine slaw mix, edamame, lime juice and sambal. Stir to combine and set aside.

3 Toast Tortillas
Pierce tortillas all over with a fork. Brush on both sides of each tortilla with .5 tsp of olive oil (2 tsp total). Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 400 oven for 6-8 minutes or until toasted.

4 Cook Beef
In a medium non stick pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Cook beef with .25 tsp salt. Add bbq sauce and stir to combine.

5 Finish The Dish
Spread mayo on each tortilla. Top with beef and slaw mixture.
