Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Chicken
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and ground chicken to hot pan and cook until no pink remains and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.
Season with a pinch of pepper. While chicken cooks, blend tomatoes. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Blend Tomatoes
Drain black beans.
Place tomatoes, a pinch of pepper, and 1/4 cup water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Set aside.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine quinoa and 1/4 cup water. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave, 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave and set aside. -
3 Make the Bowl
Stir blended tomatoes, black beans, and garlic into hot pan with chicken and stir to combine.
Add 1/4 water and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally until tomatoes and beans are warmed through, 8-10 minutes.Add quinoa and any remaining liquid to hot pan. Stir until combined and heated through, 4-5 minutes. Season with a pinch of pepper. Remove from burner. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with guacamole. Bon appétit!
