Cooking Guidelines

1 Cook the Green Beans
Trim ends off green beans.
Once water in medium pot is boiling, add green beans. Cook until bright green and tender, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner and drain water.While green beans cook, cook chicken. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Remove chicken to a plate and tent with foil. -
3 Make Butter and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine butter and honey and mash until combined.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with honey-butter and garnishing green beans with Parmesan and pecans. Drizzle truffle oil over dish to taste. Bon appétit!
