You Will Need
Medium Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with half the chipotle seasoning (reserve remaining for dressing).
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan, and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove pan from burner. Remove chicken to a plate and cool, 5 minutes. Once cooled, cut into ½" pieces.
While chicken cooks, prepare ingredients.
Prepare Ingredients and Make Salad
Hold romaine heart at root end and chop coarsely.
Core tomato and cut into ½" dice.
Halve pear lengthwise, core, and cut into 1/8" slices.
Place corn in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes.
Combine ranch dressing and remaining chipotle seasoning in a mixing bowl.
In another mixing bowl, combine romaine, corn, and tomato.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping romaine mixture with chicken and guacamole and drizzle dressing over to taste. Serve pear on the side. Bon appétit!
