You Will Need

Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Cook Noodles and Prepare Ingredients
Once water is boiling, add noodles and cook until al dente, 6-8 minutes.
Drain noodles carefully in a colander and set aside. Don't worry if noodles break a bit.
While noodles boil, peel and mince shallot.
Make the Sauce
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground beef and shallot to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.
Stir in marinara sauce, red cooking wine, seasoning blend, tomato paste, and ¼ tsp. salt. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, remove from burner.
Assemble the Lasagna
Combine mozzarella and Parmesan in a mixing bowl.
Spread ⅓ the sauce on bottom of prepared casserole dish. Top evenly with ⅓ the cheese mix, then three noodles in a single layer.
Top noodles with half the remaining sauce, then top evenly with half the remaining cheese mix. Top with remaining noodles in a single layer.
Top noodles with remaining sauce, then remaining cheese mix.
Layers should be: sauce, cheese mix, noodles, sauce, cheese mix, noodles, sauce, cheese mix.
Bake the Lasagna
Cover casserole dish with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven until lasagna is bubbling, 30-35 minutes.
