Cooking Guidelines

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Mince dill (stems and leaves).
Core tomatoes and cut into 1/2" dice.Trim cucumber, halve lengthwise, and cut into 1/2” half-moons.Halve lemon lengthwise. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.Quarter apple and remove core. Cut into 1/2" slices. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken and lemon juice. Let marinate, 2-3 minutes. After 2-3 minutes, remove chicken from juice and discard remaining juice. -
3 Cook the Chicken
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Make the Salad
In another mixing bowl, combine spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, and dressing.

5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salad with dill, chicken, and almonds. Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
