If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1 and 2, searing on one side, 3-4 minutes, then roasting, seared-side up, until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-12 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

If using sirloin steaks, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1 and 2, searing on one side, 2-3 minutes, then roasting, seared-side up, until steaks reach minimum internal temperature, 7-9 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Start the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken to hot pan and cook undisturbed until browned on one side, 2-4 minutes.Remove from burner. Wipe pan clean and reserve. -
2 Finish the Chicken
Transfer chicken, seared side up, to prepared baking sheet.
Roast in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Top chicken evenly with shredded cheese then bacon. Roast again in hot oven until cheese melts, 2-3 minutes.Remove from oven.While chicken roasts, continue recipe. -
3 Prepare Ingredients and Cook Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Return pan used to cook chicken to medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans to hot pan and stir occasionally, 1 minute.Add 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Season green beans with a pinch of salt and garlic pepper.While green beans cook, trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
4 Heat Mashed Potatoes and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, add mashed potatoes, white portions of green onions, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup water. Stir vigorously to combine. Cream cheese will melt as potatoes heat.
Microwave until cream cheese melts, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir vigorously to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with potato sticks and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
