  • 1 Blender/Food Processor/Immersion Blender

Before You Cook

    Prepare the Lime

    Zest lime and halve. Cut two thin rounds with a small notch for placing on rim of glass. Juice remaining lime.

    Blend the Smoothie

    Add all ingredients (reserve lime rounds for garnish) to blender. Blend on high 2 minutes, or until smooth. Add 2 cups ice and blend until smooth.

    Drink Up!

    Pour smoothie into glasses and garnish each glass with reserved lime round.
