Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim, peel, and halve carrots lengthwise. Quarter if carrots are thicker than 2" in diameter.
Stem and mince thyme. -
2 Roast the Carrots
Place carrots on prepared baking sheet. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil, maple syrup, 1 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and smoked maple seasoning. Massage oil and seasonings into carrots.
Top with half the thyme (reserve remaining for garnish) and toss to coat. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven until browned and tender, 17-20 minutes.While carrots roast, continue recipe. -
3 Make the Whipped Goat Cheese
In a mixing bowl, vigorously combine softened cream cheese, softened goat cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
Alternatively, for a lighter, smoother mixture, add ingredients to a food processor and process until combined and whipped in texture. -
4 Finish the Dish
Carefully remove carrots from oven.
Stir in butter until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping carrots with reserved thyme. Serve with whipped goat cheese. Bon appétit!
