You Will Need
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry.Combine pepper and onion mix, steak strips, and seasoned salt in provided tray.
Bake Dish and Heat Flatbreads
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pepper and onion mix is tender, no pink remains on steak strips, and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
When meal has five minutes left, place flatbreads directly on oven rack and bake in hot oven until warm and pliable, 2-3 minutes.
Finish the Dish
Carefully remove tray and flatbreads from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.
While meal rests, combine sour cream and seasoning blend in a mixing bowl.Place steak strips and vegetables in flatbreads and top with cheese and sour cream mixture. Bon appétit!
