1 Make the Salad
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Trim cucumber and cut into 1/4" slices.Combine miso dressing and Asian sesame dressing.Place chicken and edamame in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes.Place spinach, slaw mix, chicken, edamame, and cucumbers in a bowl and toss with dressing. Garnish salad with peanuts. Bon appétit!
