    cook rice and cool slightly

    thinly slice green onions dry shrimp

    make rice cakes

    stir rice flour, soy sauce and green onions into rice cakes to make sticky mixture wet hands and make 4 patties

    Cook cakes

    Large ns pan, brown cakes remove to towel lined plate

    Cook shrimp

    same pan cook shrimp add snow peas and cook for 2 minutes stir in sweet chili sauce, miso, and ginger boil and remove from heat
