Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Pat steak strips dry and separate pieces. Top with pinch salt and 1 tsp olive oil. Place in oven 4 minutes, steak will finish cooking in next step.
Stir garlic sesame sauce, cornstarch into steak and move to the side. Add snow peas, 1 tsp olive oil, and ginger. Cover and return to oven until peas are tender and steak reaches 145, 15-16 minutes. Break up rice in bag and add to bowl breaking up any remaining clumps. Add 1 tbs water and cover with damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through,1-2 minutes.
