Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

1 Cook the Turkey
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Add 3/4 the taco seasoning (reserve remaining for vegetables), 1/4 tsp. salt, and half the salsa (to taste; reserve remaining for rice). Stir occasionally until combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While turkey cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Vegetables
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pepper and onion mix, remaining taco seasoning, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender and slightly browned, 6-8 minutes.Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
3 Heat the Rice and Tortillas
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Stir in 1/4 tsp. salt, amarillo seasoning, and remaining salsa (to taste) until combined. Fluff rice with a fork.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel. If tortillas come folded, keep folded.Microwave until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.While rice and tortillas microwave, continue recipe. -
4 Make Guacamole Crema and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, guacamole (to taste), and a pinch of salt.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling tortillas with the turkey, vegetables, and guacamole crema (to taste). Bon appétit!
