If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Finely chop spinach.
Place panko on a plate and spread into a single layer.Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for pasta) and a pinch of salt and pepper.Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of pork. Place pork, mayonnaise-side down, onto plate with panko, pressing gently to adhere to one side. -
2 Cook the Pork Chops
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork chops, panko-side down, to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Evenly top pork with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork chops cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Spinach
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add spinach in batches (don't overflow the pan), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until wilted, 2-3 minutes. -
4 Add Pasta and Sauce and Finish Dish
Add pasta, 1/4 cup water, tomato sauce, pesto (to taste), remaining garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and pasta is heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with pork chop. Slice pork chop, if desired. Bon appétit!
