To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes, adding pasta, then baking again until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-15 minutes.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes, adding pasta, then baking again until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 18-22 minutes.

1 Form the Meatloaves
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Tear cheese into small pieces.In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion salt, and panko. Form turkey mixture into two equally-sized loaves. Press your thumb into center of each loaf and fill evenly with cheese pieces.Seal meat tightly around cheese to close. Place seam-side down in tray.Bake loaves uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Meatloaves will finish cooking in a later step. -
2 Add the Pasta and Sauce
Carefully remove tray from oven and push loaves to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Top loaves evenly with 2 Tbsp. marinara (reserve remaining for pasta).Add spinach, pasta, crème fraîche, remaining marinara, and red pepper flakes (use less if spice-averse) to empty half of tray. Cover pasta half of tray with foil, leaving loaves uncovered. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake (pasta covered, loaves uncovered) in hot oven until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and stir pasta to combine. Bon appétit!
