Recipe Steps

    8 c 2 t salt 11-12 minutes drain and reserve ¼ c pasta water

    halve and slice mushrooms ¼ inch mince garlic

    garlic bread

    drizzle each half of bread with 1 t oil sprinkle with garlic and top with parmesan 425 for 8-9 minutes until cheese starts to brown

    large non stick medium high heat 1 T oil add mushrooms, cook 3-4 minutes, stir and add onion salt cook 3-4 more minutes, add cream, and ½ of goat cheese, stir until goat cheese melts and sauce starts to thicken, 2 minutes add cooked pasta and stir until coated add pasta water 1T at a time if needed if sauce is too thick
