To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

1 Roast the Sweet Potato Fries
Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2"-thick fries.
Place sweet potato fries on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and potato spice seasoning. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until browned and tender, 30-35 minutes, flipping once halfway through.Carefully remove from oven and stir in grated cheese until coated. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While sweet potato fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Finely chop mushrooms.
In a mixing bowl, combine arugula, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.In another mixing bowl, combine ground beef, mushroom base, and a pinch of pepper. Form ground beef mixture into two equally-sized patties, 5" across. -
3 Cook the Patties
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add patties to hot, dry pan. Cook until slightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
4 Make the Mushroom Cream Sauce
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add butter, mushrooms, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until mushrooms are browned, 4-6 minutes.Stir in a pinch of pepper, cream cheese, and 2 Tbsp. water until combined, 30-60 seconds.If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.While sauce cooks, continue recipe. -
5 Toast Buns and Finish Dish
Place buns directly on oven rack, cut-side down.
Toast in hot oven until slightly browned, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, spreading mushroom cream sauce on cut-side of top and bottom bun. Top bottom bun with patty, arugula, then top bun. Bon appétit!
