Before You Cook

Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.Place mashed potatoes in one section of provided tray. Top with spinach and a pinch of salt. Combine mushrooms, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt in empty section of provided tray.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave, 3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir butter into potato-spinach section until completely combined. Drain beef and separate slices. Stir beef, cornstarch, beef demi-glace, and 2 Tbsp. water into section with mushrooms.Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until beef is warmed through and sauce is slightly thickened, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir both sections separately to combine. Bon appétit!
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
