Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    microwave instructions

    I provide tray combine Bolognese sauce, corn, diced poblanos, and half Taco seasoning. Add ¼ c water, stir and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave on high for 4 min. While sauce cooks, spread an even layer of cream cheese each tortilla. Top with beans and remaining taco seasoning. Top with oaxacan cheese. Roll tortillas into enchiladas. Carefully remove tray from microwave and remove damp aper towel. Lay enchiladas snuggly into tray on top of sauce. Cover with damp paper towel. Microwave on high for 2 min. Plate up enchiladas, topping with sauce and sour cream. Bon Appetit!

    Preheat oven to 375. In provided tray combine Bolognese sauce, corn, diced poblanos, and half Taco seasoning. Add ¼ c water, stir. Lay tray on top of baking sheet and place in hot oven uncovered for 10 min. While sauce cooks, spread an even layer of cream cheese over each tortilla. Top with beans and remaining taco seasoning. Top with oaxacan cheese. Roll tortillas into enchiladas. Carefully remove tray from hot oven. Lay enchilads into tray over sauce snuggly. Cover with aluminum foil and put back into hot over for 10 min. Carefully remove from oven and discard foil. Plate enchiladas topping with sauce and sour cream. Bon Appetit!
