Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side. If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Add protein to meal as desired.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Start Broccoli
Cut broccoli into 1" pieces.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.Place a large oven-safe non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and 3 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 2-3 minutes. -
2 Add the Gnocchi
Uncover broccoli and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and gnocchi to hot pan. Stir often until tender and golden-brown, 5-7 minutes.
Add white portions of green onions and minced garlic and parsley. Stir occasionally until fragrant, 30-60 seconds.Reduce heat to low. -
3 Add the Cheese and Sauce
Add cheese, cream base, ranch seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/3 cup water to hot pan. Stir occasionally until sauce has slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.
If sauce is too thick, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner. -
4 Broil Gnocchi and Finish Dish
Top gnocchi evenly with Buffalo sauce (to taste), then panko.
Broil under hot broiler until panko is golden-brown, 1-2 minutes.Don't text and broil! Keep an eye on oven as panko may burn easily under broiler.Carefully remove from broiler. Pan handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing gnocchi with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
