Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using 20 oz. ground turkey, follow same instructions as 10 oz., working in batches if necessary.

If using ground beef or Impossible burger, break up until protein reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

1 Cook the Turkey
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in garlic sesame sauce until turkey is coated. Set aside.While turkey cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Hold romaine heart at root end and chop coarsely.
Coarsely chop cashews.Drain oranges. -
3 Assemble the Salad
In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, romaine, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste), and dressing until evenly coated.
Add half the oranges, half the cashews, half the sesame seeds, and half the turkey (reserve remaining of each for garnish). Gently toss to combine. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salad with remaining oranges, remaining cashews, remaining sesame seeds, remaining turkey, and rice noodles. Bon appétit!
