We designed them for family taste buds (even picky eaters), so it's all the fresh ingredients and delicious flavors you expect from Home Chef, but simplified to require just one pot or pan. No more hours amongst the suds; one pot, one pan, one happy family!

You Will Need
Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Mince garlic.Pat chicken dry and season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan and stir occasionally until chicken browns and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30-60 seconds.Transfer chicken mixture to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the Broccoli
Add 2 tsp. olive oil, broccoli, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan.
Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 2-3 minutes.Uncover, and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.
Make the Sauce
Add cream base, Parmesan, mirepoix base, softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup water, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir to combine.
Add pasta and chicken and any accumulated juices. Stir until thoroughly combined and heated through, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
