Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Start the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into eight wedges each.
Place wedges on prepared baking sheet and toss with 4 tsp. olive oil, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves), 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Massage oil, salt, pepper, and garlic salt into potatoes.Spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes.While potatoes roast, prepare ingredients.
Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup and sugar until no large clumps remain.
Form the Meatloaves
In another mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, white portions of green onions, panko, ricotta, remaining garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Form mixture into four equally-sized ovals.
Finish Potatoes and Bake Meatloaves
After 20 minutes, remove baking sheet from oven. Flip potatoes and push to one side. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Add meatloaves to empty side and top evenly with ketchup-brown sugar mixture.Roast in hot oven until potatoes are tender and golden-brown and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping potatoes with cheese, sour cream, and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
