Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground beef or ground turkey, roast until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, roast until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 23-25 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel, trim, and cut carrot lengthwise. Cut into 1/2" half-moons.
If desired, pull strings from snap peas. If string is hard to find and remove, make a very thin cut lengthwise along the string. Halve lengthwise, exposing peas inside.Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.Mince garlic. -
2 Form the Meatballs
Combine ground pork, minced ginger, garlic and parsley seasoning, white portions of green onions, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into 8 equally-sized meatballs.
Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet and top with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Roast the Meatballs
Roast in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
While meatballs roast, continue recipe. -
4 Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add carrots, snap peas, and garlic salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until beginning to brown, 2-3 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup water and cover. Stir occasionally until fork-tender, 5-7 minutes.Uncover and add garlic and soy sauce. Stir constantly until combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with softened orange ginger sesame sauce (to taste) and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
