Cooking Guidelines

Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Combine cornstarch and 2 tsp. water in a mixing bowl. Set aside. -
Cook the Pork
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tsp. olive oil, ground pork, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Transfer to a plate and tent with foil. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.While pork cooks, prepare ingredients. -
Cook the Vegetables
Return pan used to cook pork to medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and and stir occasionally until bright green, 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Cover, and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 5-6 minutes.Uncover, and add mushrooms and garlic salt. Stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes. -
Add Sauce and Finish Dish
Add pork, orange sauce, cornstarch mixture, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, remove from burner.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with wonton strips and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
