BBQ Chicken is the height of delicious chicken (tied with fried). But it requires a grill, charcoal, tongs, maybe some lighter fluid… and you're just not ready for that kind of commitment on a weeknight. Viola! All you have to do is turn on the oven, put 'em on a baking sheet, and you've got the sweet-tangy goodness your mouth has been watering for. For a bonus, crispy onions on top… this may just break the tie for poultry perfection.

You Will Need
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into large bite-sized pieces.
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with spice rub.
Prepare the Broccoli
Place broccoli on one half of prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, Parmesan, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasoning into broccoli.
Spread into a single layer on their side.
Roast the Chicken and Broccoli
Place chicken breasts on empty half of baking sheet.
Roast in hot oven until broccoli starts to soften, 8-10 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over broccoli. Return to hot oven and roast until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
