    Prepare The Ingredients

    Trim stems off Brussels sprouts and halve vertically (quarter if larger than a ping-pong ball). Halve garlic. Place garlic halves on a piece of foil and form a foil pouch around garlic. Set butter on counter to soften

    Prepare The Vegetables and Pork

    Place Brussels sprouts on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, seasoning blend, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer, cut-side down. Place garlic pouch on prepared sheet tray. Combine panko and Parmesan in a bowl,
    Pat pork chops dry, and top evenly with mayo. Sprinkle chops evenly with panko mixture. Place on empty side of sheet pan.

    Roast The Dish

    Roast in hot oven until brussels sprouts are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-17 minutes.

    Make The Garlic Butter

    Carefully remove garlic from pouch and mince. Combine minced garlic and butter in a bowl.

    Finish The Dish

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork with roasted garlic butter and drizzling brussels with honey. Bon appétit!
