If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

1 Start the Potatoes
Drain potatoes in a colander/strainer and pat dry.
Evenly divide potatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, and garlic salt between both provided trays. Stir to combine and spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until slightly browned, 10-12 minutes.While potatoes bake, continue recipe. -
2 Start Chicken and Finish Potatoes
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning.
After 10-12 minutes, carefully remove trays from oven. Transfer potatoes to one tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken in now-empty tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.After 15 minutes, carefully remove trays from oven. Stir softened butter into potatoes until combined and cover with foil to keep warm.Drain any excess liquid from chicken, if desired. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Evenly top chicken with cream base, then shredded cheese. -
3 Finish Chicken, Heat Peas, and Finish Meal
Bake chicken uncovered in hot oven until sauce is bubbling, cheese is melted, and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
While chicken bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine peas, bacon, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until peas are heated through and bacon is crispy, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Uncover and stir to combine.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top chicken with lemon juice (to taste). Bon appétit!
