Halve pear lengthwise, core, and cut into 1/8" slices.Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.

If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Add pears and a pinch of salt. Stir occasionally until pears soften, 2-3 minutes. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook chicken to medium heat. Add pesto, cream cheese, and 3 Tbsp. water to hot pan and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer. If too thick, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
