To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Divide pasta evenly between provided trays and spread into an even layer. Top with spinach, Bolognese, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper, dividing evenly between both trays.

    Cover trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered, 3 minutes.

    Carefully remove trays from microwave. Divide mozzarella evenly between trays and stir to combine. Top with zucchini, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan, dividing evenly between both trays.

    Microwave again uncovered until zucchini is tender and meal is heated through, 3-4 minutes.

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Divide pasta evenly between provided trays and spread into an even layer. Top with spinach, Bolognese, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper, dividing evenly between both trays.

    Cover trays with foil. Place trays on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    Carefully remove trays from oven. Divide mozzarella evenly between trays and stir to combine. Top with zucchini, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan, dividing evenly between both trays.

    Place trays on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until zucchini is tender and meal is heated through, 10-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove trays from oven and stir to combine. Bon appétit!
