Before You Cook

PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, 1 Tbsp. water, 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray until completely combined.
Cover with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 10-12 minutes.
ADD THE CHICKEN
Carefully remove tray from oven. Remove foil. Season with a pinch of salt and push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
place cream cheese in a small microwave safe bowl and micorwave for 10- 20 seconds until softened.
mix warmed cream cheese with onion jam and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper
Add chicken to empty half of tray and spread cream cheese mixture evenly over breasts.
top chicken with gruyere.
BAKE THE DISH
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Transfer chicken to a plate.
cut lemon into wedges
Stir butter and the juice of ¼ of a lemon into green beans until completely combined. garnish green beans with almonds and serve with lemon wedge. Bon appetite!
